Rule 65 F.Fed. R. Civ. P. 65 applies in an adversary proceedings, except that a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction may be issued on application of a debtor, trustee, or debtor in possession without compliance with Rule 65(c).. But on application of a debtor, trustee, or debtor in possession, the court may issue a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction without complying with subdivision (c) of that rule.
